This 60-hour training course provides participants with key skills in the development, organisation and co-ordination of the performance of a healthcare facility.

Identify opportunities to shape or reshape the experience of healthcare

Application of service design tools and frameworks (service blueprints, journey maps, personas)

Framework for building empathy in your organization or practice

We offer the training in 3 different formats to best suit your needs:

1. Face-to-face: Students physically attend and are trained by a facilitator face-to-face Students join online and receive live online training by a facilitator

2. Live online: Students join online and receive live online training by a facilitator

3. eLearning: Students can log in at any time and work through the course material at their own pace.

Registered doctors, nurses and allied health  professionals

On request prior to training
