Description
This 1-day (10 hour) training course incorporates recent changes to the international spirometry guidelines and is intended as an update for people who are responsible for performing screening respiratory function in an occupational setting.
This training course will refresh the learner’s knowledge and skills in:
✓ Preparing for a spirometry test
✓ Conducting spirometry test
✓ Evaluating, recording and reporting the spirometry test result
We offer the training in 3 different formats to best suit your needs:
1. Face-to-face: Students physically attend and are trained by a facilitator face-to-face Students join online and receive live online training by a facilitator
2. Live online: Students join online and receive live online training by a facilitator
3. eLearning: Students can log in at any time and work through the course material at their own pace.
Entry requirements:
✓ Certificate of Competence in Occupational Spirometry
CPD Accreditation:
✓ On request prior to training
✓ 8 Clinical Level 1 CEU points
Please note: Students who are attending the face-to-face training do not need to purchase the course manual.
