Description
This 60-hour course is designed for managers of employee wellness programmes. During the course we will guide managers through the implementation process to align to the Wellness and Disease Management Standard SANS 16001.
Competence in this training course will enable the learner to:
✓ Assess wellness and disease risks and opportunities
✓ Plan effective and efficient interventions
✓ Implement interventions to reduce identified risks
✓ Monitor implementation against success indicators
✓ Evaluate the overall success of the system
We offer the training in 3 different formats to best suit your needs:
1. Face-to-face: Students physically attend and are trained by a facilitator face-to-face Students join online and receive live online training by a facilitator
2. Live online: Students join online and receive live online training by a facilitator
3. eLearning: Students can log in at any time and work through the course material at their own pace.
